7.21.2008
14 new pics in the chibi section. This time mostly Bleach.
7.11.2008
Two new pictures - pencil character design sheets - in the original fantasy section. Yes, I've started playing Dungeons and Dragons! 4th Edition seems a little intimidating, but I can't wait to start. Also, I've started accepting advertising. Check out Project Wonderful to see how you can advertise your wares through ghostfire.net.
6.7.2008
A couple of new pictures up in the original and fanart sections, as well as updates to the marketplace. (Thanks to kotaku for linking the Team Fortress 2 piece!)
2.4.2008
After a somewhat long hiatus, I return with thirty brand new chibis and a complete update of the Market. In exciting news, I am taking pre-orders for an "Otaku Diet" t-shirt and poster! Let your friends know - if I don't get enough pre-orders, they won't be printed! Also, the convention list has been updated - I'll be busy this year.
10.31.2007
A full twenty-two new additions to the chibi category, including a delicious slice of cake. It is certainly not a lie. Also, in the fanart category, Sleepy Zelda - a companion to my older piece, Sleepy Link, and Neko-chan, a tribue to my favorite Hellsing character. (Alucard may be awesome, but Seras is full of cute.) The upcoming convention schedule has been updated to reflect new cons through early 2008. AnimeUSA, November 16-18, has been confirmed!
9.6.2007
There are several new additions to the chibi category, as well as an update to the convention schedule. All that are currently listed, except for AnimeUSA, are now confirmed.
7.10.2007
Returning from a successful weekend at AnimeNext, I've added two new conventions to the upcoming schedule - MangaNext in October and AnimeUSA in November. As always, both are tentative until confirmed otherwise, but I have high hopes.
7.4.2007
Two new pictures today - one in fanart and one in chibi, though it's a bit bigger than the ones found there previously. Also, take note of the updated convention schedule - due to some last minute openings, I was able to secure a table at AnimeNext! If you're going to be in the New York City/Northern Jersey area this weekend, you should definitely come to the con and find me at my table.
6.12.2007
Several new pictures today - two in fantasy and one in the adult section. The market has been updated to include the latest prints from the fantasy/sci-fi/horror section, and some updates have been made to links. Also, in other news, I've started to play a game called "Second Life". It's got a tremendous following (over seven million, by last count), and infinite possibilities, considering most of the world is user-created. Meet 'Lichia Jie', my character. I created her skin, eyes, and shirt. Join me free in Second Life and check out my little store!
5.12.2007
After a month shy of two years with the same look, ghostfire.net has taken on a new design. Everything has been tweaked, fiddled with, mucked about, and otherwise changed. Perhaps the biggest news is the marketplace, where you can now much more easily purchase prints, stickers, original artwork, and other great stuff.
3.26.2007
It's hard to believe it's been almost an entire year since my last news update. This one is coupled with a large update to the galleries - especially fanart, fantasy, and the 'Waken' comics section. I'm out of school again and currently open for individual commissions and other, longer projects.
5.18.2006
I return from ACen triumphant, but now face the prospect of somehow packing up and moving everything from New Jersey to Minnesota! To help clear things out and raise money to cover the move, I'm having a prints sale on my current stock at 50% off! Donations to help with moving expenses are also greatly appreciated. *big watery eyes*
5.3.2006
Ah! The news has gone so long without an update, but several sections of the website have been touched up with new artwork, especially the chibis and fanart sections. I'll be at the AnimeCentral artist alley this weekend!
9.22.2005
One new picture up in the fanart section, one in the sketchbook section. In addition, all of the prints have dropped in price, and I've also started to offer my own first sketchbook!
8.25.2005
Lots of new pictures up in the ragdolls gallery plus one in the fanart gallery and one in the sketchbook!
8.16.2005
It's only a few days until the biggest convention of the year for me, Otakon. Though I don't have the new stuff up on the site yet, rest assured there'll be new, better prints and more stickers this year!
6.26.2005
One new picture - Gaara from Naruto up in the fanart gallery. A few new links added.
6.14.2005
As you can see, the site is finally up and running! It's taken a good long time, but every picture is now part of a database that makes updating faster and easy.
Many old pictures were dropped from these galleries, but many more new ones have been added. Tutorials and ongoing projects also now have their own spaces! In addition, the members-only area is coming soon. Coding is about 60% finished. Thank you to everyone for putting up with me while the site was down and please remember to sign the guestbook!
