So, peering through the Garrus appreciation thread on the BSN earlier today, someone pointed out that we've seen Garrus with turian baby, femShep with turian baby, turian-human baby, (as well as about a thousand adorable asari babies) but so far no Garrus with human baby. I couldn't think of any, so the challenge was (sketchily) accepted.
