Vincent, of course, from Final Fantasy VII. She's a version of Wynn. (I tried to make her look more realistic, but Vincent was just too pretty to go very far that way. Sorry Wynn.) Why is Stitch there? Because she has a Stitch plushie and wanted him in the picture. Drawing plus inking this one probably took about ten to twelve hours.
